2011 Estate Arneis Reviews

2011 YarraLoch Arneis

Pale straw-green; an almost disconcertingly fresh and zesty palate of unsweetened lemon juice, pear and mineral.

Piercingly fresh and penetrative scents of pear blossom, apple and white flowers backed by waxy nuances of camphor precede a fine, long and refined palate whose faintly meaty, funky and savoury presence of vibrant fruit is underpinned by slatey mineral notes and textures, finishing long, fresh, dry and briny.

Lemony, herbal nose, the palate nicely fresh and smoothly textured with lemon meringue pie flavours balanced by lovely crisp acidity, the finish long, dry, clean and juicy.
