Tasting Notes

Pronounced "ahr nase" this rare variety is originally from Piedmont region of northwestern Italy. This wine is tight and elegant and shows restrained ripe lemon and hints of herbs on the nose. Its palate is light, fresh, crisp and minerally. It has flavours of lemon, green apple and herbs with crisp steely acid and a dry finish.

Food Suggestions

Ideal with oysters, olives, and antipasto or superb with light seafood salads.
