YarraLoch La Cosette Chardonnay 2017

Not the first La Cosette Chardonnay we've released but surely the best looking!

Fruit was sourced from the Dixon's Creek sub-region of the Yarra Valley for this elegant and restrained Chardonnay. Whole bunch pressed (which gives it a lovely grapefruit pithy-ness) and fermented in a mix of stainless steel and old French oak. Extended lees contact is checked by bright, appley acid.
