James Halliday Wine Companion - 94 points. A perfect model of Yarra Valley chardonnay, making it all seem so easy, the result more to do with hands off, rather than hands on, vinification. It has the purity and length of the better Yarra chardonnays. Indeed, by the time the shouting is over, you decide if it's a little too straight-laced. Perhaps more time will prove the wine had it right all along.
